Shipping Policy

International shipping 

We now ship, Internationally. We also ship to P.O boxes.  


Delivery + Processing times 

Once your order is placed, it generally takes us 1-3 business days to process and pack.  These shipping times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Please see our Terms of Service for details. 


Business Days + Holidays 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, e.g., Christmas, and New Year’s Day.  

To ensure on-time delivery by 24/12, orders must be placed as early as 19/12. See below for full list.


Expedited Shipping Processing Times 

If you select express or overnight shipping for your order, the order will typically ship out the same day if placed before 12:00PM AEST, Monday - Friday. All orders placed after that time or on weekends, may be processed on the next business day. Note that orders placed during high-order volume periods may experience a delay in overall processing times.  


PO Boxes Shipping

We happily ship to PO boxes.


COVID delays/info 

To ensure the safety of our employees and partners, we have implemented additional safety measures at our fulfillment centers, such as limiting the number of people working at any given time, practicing social distancing, overnight facility sanitization and use of protective equipment. For these reasons, orders may experience delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. We are committed to delivering your orders as soon as possible, while still prioritizing the safety of our staff and partners. 


Returns + Exchanges


Return policy


If you are not satisfied with your Plant Fetish order, you can return your products within 30 days of when you placed the order to receive a refund. Note that shipping fees will not be refunded. See our Terms of Service for full details. 


Making a return or exchange?


To initiate a return or exchange, please click here ( to begin the return process. You will need to provide your Order Number and the shipping Post Code.  Note you are allowed 1 exchange on your original order.
