MY ORDER

Q: Help my order is missing!?

A: Oh no! Please contact us at contact@plantfetishofficial.com for assistance.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?

A:  In an effort to ship out your products efficiently, we immediately begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Unfortunately once orders are submitted, they cannot be canceled or modified. 

Q: How can I find the status of my order?

A: Find the status of a particular and view you order history on the 'My Orders' page of 'My Account'.

 

Q: Where can I track my order? 

A: We will email you a shipment notification along with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Q: My order is missing an item, what should I do?

A: Please contact us right away at contact@plantfetishofficial.com.

Q: My item(s) arrived damaged, what should I do?

A: Please contact us right away at contact@plantfetishofficial.com.

Q: I typed in my wrong address and need to change it

A: Unfortunately, once orders are submitted, they cannot be canceled or modified.

Q: What is your holiday shipping cutoff?

A: To ensure on-time delivery by 24/12, orders must be placed as early as 19/12. See below for full list.

Q: How do I qualify for free shipping?

A: Standard shipping is free on all AUS purchases of $50 and over (excluding taxes).

Q: Are returns free?

A: Items returned within 30 days of purchase qualify for free return shipping. Note you are allowed 1 exchange on your original order.

Q: When can I get items that are out of stock?

A: We try our best to replenish our inventory as quickly as possible. Sign up for back in stock notifications to be the first to know when it comes back in stock.

Q: I forgot my password, how do I login?

A: If you have forgotten your password , please click on the "Forgot Your Password" button that appears on the account login page and follow instructions to reset it. Need more help? Contact us at contact@plantfetishofficial.com.

Q: How can I unsubscribe from receiving promotional e-mails?

A: You can unsubscribe from Plant Fetish promotional emails by clicking the link provided at the bottom of the email to be removed from the mailing list. Please note that unsubscribing from our promotional emails will not affect your receipt of order and shipment confirmations or other transactional notifications for orders placed.
